Question / Help Game is Lagging

Hey guys i just want to start streaming on twitch.tv, but my game (CS:GO and LoL) is lagging so hard that i cant play while streaming!

My Computer:
ASRock H87M Pro4
8GB RAM DDR-3
Intel Xeon E3 @ 4x3.30
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (2047MB)
111GB SSD

My Internet:

Encoder: x264 Max Bitrate (Kbit/s): 1500
resolution: 1.5 (1280x720)
Keyframeintervall: 2
i stream game with gamecapture

what should i do that my game is not lagging ingame?

Do you mean poor game performance/bad frame rate? Or high latency?

Window capture in Windows 7 with Aero disabled will perform terribly, so enable Aero and see if that helps. You might also want to try adding the -high switch to your CS:GO launch options so it runs at a higher process priority.

it dosen't helped at all. My CPU ist still on 100% and i dont know why. I can play 3 games at same time but can't stream and play 1 game.

try disabling your webcam as a test.

ok i solved the problem. the problem was the browser tap of my stream in background let the cpu go from 50% while streaming go to 100% when im ingame. lol
