Question / Help Game Capture will not capture any game

Recently I have not been able to stream or record using OBS. I have a two monitor setup, and both monitors are plugged into the same GPU. I create a Scene, select Game Capture, and then I find the game I would like to stream. But OBS will not capture any game. I've tried DayZ Standalone, Arma II, and War Thunder. Nothing seems to be working. Any help would be nice! Also, whenever I launch OBS, I get this alert: "The procedure entry point OptimizeSettings@settingsplane@@UAEXXZ could not be loacted in the dynamic link livrary C:\program files(x86)\obs\plugins\scenesw.dll"

make sure you are installing this to both the 32bit of OBS and the 64bit of OBS.

the 32bit of obs is what the link is from your desktop so installing it to c:\Program Files (x86)\OBS... is where you will put it.

If you are using the 64bit version, make sure you are running the 64bit version of OBS (located in the c:\Program Files\OBS... folder.


I make myself a shortcut to this version on my desktop and name the shortcut with 64bit.
