Game Capture does not work at all. | OBS 31.0.1

So after updating to OBS 31.0.1 I cannot use the game capture as when I add it, its just a red dot and when its full screened its just a black box. I haven't used game capture in a while but it used to work and now that I need to use it again it just doesn't work.

Any Ideas on how to fix?

Update: I have went to the discord and they answered, if anybody else is having problems then follow this article but instead of Minecraft use the thing you are game capturing
