Game capture blank?

So I've been using OBS for a while and recently reinstalled into a new pc. As I was setting it up, the game capture source didn't want to work at all. and its not like its a black screen, it just refuses to show up at all aside from a small red dot at the top left. I tried a couple of ways of fixing it that I found online (changing GPUs, running as administrator, running compatibility for windows 8, reinstalling OBS, etc.) but I still haven't found a way to fix it. Has anyone run into this issue before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

I answerd on your newes post to the same problem and it seems like its exactly what it sounds like. Solution shoud be a transformation of the capture card. Option should be strecht to screen.
