Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen

Ive used OBS many times to stream before, then i decided to start streaming again but i keep getting a black screen in game capture. My drivers are updated, all my settings are correct, ive tried many different ways on many different youtube videos and none of them worked. i have a alienware x51 i7 desktop my computer is really good with 16 gigs of ram. I get really good fps in minecraft and always did when i did stream, it cant be my computer. please help, thankyou <3.

I'm trying to record with the game capture and it gives me a black screen , yet it does record the audio and my mouse .... HELP!

i am having the same issue, yesterday i had fixed it i had gotten to the settings that had said fix the monitor view from inner to outer, i just cant seem to figure out how to get back to those setting. i have been lookings everywhere.

Also it's not very helpful when four people pile onto one thread like this. "Black screen" can be caused by many many different things.
