Frames Missed Due to Rendering Lag

I am having issues just having OBS open (not even recording or streaming). My stats show a rendering lag. Ive already deleted several scenes, changed FPS to 30, and none of this seems to fix the issue. I am worried because I recently started live streaming and in my last stream, all of a sudden for a few mins the view of me in the webcam was cutting off and slowing down and freezing. Perhaps this rendering lag is the culprit? The audio was smooth and what I was mirroring from my MacBook desktop view was smooth. Im new to streaming to YouTube and to using OBS. Thank you so much for anyone that can help me with this. Im worried about even attempting streaming again because of this issue.

I have a MacBook Pro 2019, 16inch.

I've been experiencing this too on my 2017 iMac running on Ventura.
Seems like a lot of Mac users have the same issue too.
