Hi guys,

Im having frames missed due to rendering lag no matter what i do. The lag starts the same second i start OBS, my cam can be disconnected, the screen completely black and still this lag....

I installed an older version and noticed that even when im completely fresh in OBS with nothing whatsoever and the standarssettings at 2500kbit im missing frames... its constantly ticking 60 missed frames! I have tried to dualstream but the laptop is behaving the same way, my cpu/gpu usage isnt even on 1% so why is this happening?

Please help me, im a second away from smashing my pc into pieces!

The log file provided is cut short and has no streaming or recording attemp where the issue is happening.
Please provide a log file from when the issue happens.

Only 60 missing frames in a full stream is actualy nothing and could be happening for many factors.

Set your monitor @ 120 or 60HZ. The color space is weird too, not running HDR but P2020, should be Rec 709...

Test.

As i said, the frames is ticking 60missing frames for every second that goes by. I could start a stream or show you how it looks on discord if you got time! That stream had over 30k missed frames? wtf

Why should i restrict the monitor to 60hz when i paid +800$ for my monitor? The output is set to 60fps so whats the problem?

Because you're trying to troubleshoot the problem. But hey if you don't want to do it, OK, no skin off my back. Good luck!

No worries. It's easier to get things settled using sane frame-rates. After that's out of the way, you can switchback & test using the higher frame-rates.

As PaiSand noted above, the log you posted is incomplete, so post a complete log when you get a chance & I'll take a look.

Why? You don't need that other PC. The 13900k/3090TI/UHD 770 is All you need....

Add the Multi-RTMP plugin & you'll be able to record & run multiple streams all from that killer PC.

Yeah but this killer-PC is dropping about 50-80fps in cod wich is super anoying. And yes my settings are at the lowest possible except that it is 1440p

I need to see a log. Settings no doubt still need to be adjusted, things optimized. It takes some time, good thing for you, I've been running a 12900k/3090 for the last year & a half....

Have you verified that the 3090TI is operating @ x16 4.0 & not being nerfed @ x8 4.0? Since I don't know your system, just want to make sure the builder didn't bungle things & stick an NVMe is the wrong slot.

Actually i am the builder of it, and no i have not. I mean is that necessary because im getting 200+ fps on cod when no streaming.
And if yes, how do i check this? motherboard manual?

Who *watches* a stream with insanely high framerates? Does the distributor limit it to something sensible? I'll bet that most are watching on fixed-60Hz displays anyway. So if the destination is 60Hz anyway, why do any more on your end?

Besides, not even YOU can see and react faster than 60Hz. That's already beyond any human capability. Any notion to the contrary is not reacting, but anticipating.
