Question / Help Frames dropping League of Legends NO STREAMING.

I am having a slight issue where I keep dropping frames during recording. I am fairly new to OBS but I have recorded some Borderlands The Pre Sequel and it looked fine. Also I was trying to record some gameplay of Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne. the video that I recorded kept flashing. Please I don't stream I just wanted to do some gameplay recordings from time to time.
Specs:
AMD FX 6300 @ 4.2 but can go up to 4.6
R9 270X ASUS TOP
8GB RAM
Corsair CX50

ps. I have tried changing it to 30fps recording but to no avail keeps dropping.

Here are the last 3 logs still dont get the pastebin stuff.

Change your x264 preset back to veryfast and see how that goes.

Yeah thanks but I had to change it to 'ultra fast' settings not 'very fast'

The most recent log you posted had it set to "fast". If those aren't the most recent logs, can you post the most recent?

1080p might also be too much for your cpu

i would leave it on 720p with 30fps and veryfast preset this should work without a problem
