Frames dropping in obs only when streaming fortnite pls help

please help i started streaming fortnite in twitch
when i start streaming the frames drop a lot in obs (4000 dropped frames!)

but when i stream minecraft there is not problem at all
the stream was running completely fine with no dropped frames

please help

i have a good internet connection

and my pc specs are (if needed) -
i7 10750H
16gb ram
nvidia gtx 1660 ti

1. Run OBS as Administrator.
2. Disable Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduler.
3. Set your sample rates to 48000 hz for Headphones and Headset since you have mismatched samples.
4. Uncheck Psycho Visual Tuning.
In this log there are no frames dropped, if you have rendering and encoding lag then limit your fps, lower your settings in game.
Dropped frames for network is because of not streaming with wired connection, twitch server has issues, is your internet fault so contact your ISP.
