Question / Help framedrops 80mb upload

hi guys how you doing. im pretty new to stream so i dont know much about it, so the problem is the framedrops and the quality of my stream, i upgraded my internet conection from 10mb dowload 1 upload to fiber 200mb dowload and 100mb upload (i usually get 60-80mb of upload) i readead a lot of the basic requirements for stream, something like 10 to 20mb of upload is okay for a decent quality stream and i have 60mb i get like 10% of framedrops and i cannot get a decent quality.
22:57:53.836: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 41144 (12.7%)
what can i do boys? what could it be? it says pretty clear that is the bandwith but i wanna get more opinions to call to my internet provider if is it the case. thanks dudes i hope someone can help me with this

i have same issues like this..
have 40-50 Upload speed, but my bitrate can go more than 2000..
i use 1000 it's fine, but the stream quality is very bad..
when i use 3000 my fps dropp...

waiting for the answer..

yeap.. i think my ISP is the problem..
i tried strem from youtube, twitch, and facebook, same result.
i already run that twitch test,, and my bandwith to the close server ( asia : singapore ) is just 2000kbps. thats why my bitrate cant go more then 2000, it'll drop..
but when i speed test, my upload speed like 50Mbps++
i dunno why when i tried stream / test in twitchtest the bandwith stuck at 2000kbps :(

try test u bandwith with that app, twitchtest.. to u closest server..
and see how much u get,
 
i think you are out of luck, because there are no ingest servers near your, with your upload the twitch speed should look look like this.

well after all it seems like its the server location i tried mixer and they have the same servers but then i tried youtube and went super well i could go up from 30fps 2500 bitrate to 3500 60fps no frame drop so i think i might stream on youtube till the deprecated servers on my country get fixed thanks to everyone
