Question / Help Framedrop/ But Great Internet /Need new cpu?

Hey guys i think im having a bit of a unique issue i have pretty good internet with comcast at 105mbps Down and 22-26 Up and my pc is not the bad as well at i have a intel core i5 4670k for gpu i have a amd 7770 which is not so good. 8GB of RAM
well i guess that's the basics and the issue is im getting frame drop in OBS not in game most of the time i look over to obs and the frams will drop alot down to ten then boost back up it makes me so confused because people in my stream will notice the lag and say it in chat i was thinking it was either my cpu or gpu...

It is possible that your CPU/GPU are overheating. Check the temperatures while streaming.

sounds more like windows 7 monitor capture with aero enabled

WellI dont know of any temperature programs any suggestions and no I use game capture with areo disabled

Well for the past couple of days iv been watching temps and my cpu get to 60-65c and my Gpu gets 2 60c and were can I find the log file
