Frame drops when I record a video?

Hey, beginner OBS user here, whenever I export my video, it has the biggest frame drops I've ever seen. Here's a video example.

As you can see, when i fully load into the game and start to move around, the frames drop.
How do I fix this?

These are my OBS settings:

That combination of settings is severely terrible.

Switch your output mode back to simple
Set the recording quality to indistinguishable
Try both the AMD hardware encoder and the software low cpu usage preset encoders
Set the recording format to mkv
switch the color format back to nv12.

I'm not too good at using OBS so I have literally no clue of what I should be doing with my settings. But anyway, I still have the same frame drops I had. Even when I switched to the settings you recommended.
