Question / Help Frame Drop Issues.

Currently I am having a very big problem when it comes to streaming using OBS. About a week ago my stream was fine, running smoothly at a bit rate of 3500Kbps both buffer and bit rate and running at 1080P. One night, after streaming for a good six hours, I turned off my stream and went to bed with thoughts of streaming the entire next day... only to find out when I woke up that my OBS was dropping frames quite heavily.

I've tried everything i've been told, from downscaling my resolution to lowering my FPS, but no matter what I do it cannot seem to keep a stable connection. I've tested for jitter and packet loss as well as speed issues on my internet and they are coming up clean as well and i'm starting to get rather fed up.

So now I turn to the message boards in hopes of finding a solution, patch or fix to allow me to stream again.

My download speed is 90 Mbps.
My upload speed is 10 Mbps.
I have 8 Gigs of RAM in my computer.
My processor is an AMD fx(tm)-8320 Eight-Core processor at 3.5Ghz.
My GPU is AMD Radeon 7700 series if you wish to know as well.

Can someone please help me? I am stuck! I must also put that it starts to drop frames immediately after I start to stream, within the first 5 seconds. I am currently trying to run it at 2200 Kbps Bitrate and Buffer Size at 30 FPS and downscaled to 720p but that has done absolutely nothing to fix it.
