Hello.
My fps is always at 58/59 without going to 60 (without even being in a game and streaming).
There is always a stutter every second, even at 30 fps. (without even being in a game and streaming)

edit: wrong link + I must also say that the problem persist without streaming nor recording. Just looking at the preview, it stutters.
