FPS drop when recording VALORANT

Just recently, I came across a problem recording a Valorant stream. And in general, when starting OBS, the FPS of the game drops to a minimum of 60-80 frames, with my stable 200-300 FPS usually.
I'm have
CPU - I5 12400F
GPU - RTX 3050
RAM - 8GB ddr4 (x2)
I have already found a similar question on the forum, but it was asked in 2020 and the solution that helped the author of the post, unfortunately, did not help me.
Hello,

I looked at the logs and found what I think is causing your issue.

Code:
00:45:18.803: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] attempting to hook process: VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe
00:45:18.806: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] init_hook_info: user is forcing shared memory (multi-adapter compatibility mode)
00:45:18.819: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] capture stopped

It seems like OBS is having an issue finding Valorant, I would suggest using windows capture and making sure Valorant is in fullscreen and see if that works.

Unfortunately, I can't know which log file it is, it might be useful, I hope for your help, thank you in advance.

I just want to point out that there have never been such problems before. At least until Valorant upgraded to Unreal Engine 5, it's possible that this is related, but I'm not sure.

1. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (30.2.2). Please update to the newest available version by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
2. Run updated OBS as Admin
3. SLI/Crossfire Capture Mode (aka 'Shared memory capture') is very slow, and only to be used on SLI & Crossfire systems. Your log only shows 1 GPU.

If you're using a laptop or a display with multiple graphics cards and your game is only running on one of them, consider switching OBS to run on the same GPU instead of enabling this setting. Guide available here.
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene (scene 'Сцена').

If still having issues, post 1 new log.

I will answer 1 piece of advice right away - I assumed that maybe it had changed on the new version. And after version 30.2.2, I put a new version of OBS
