Hey I'm trying to stream TF2 with 3mbps upload and 2100 bitrate and for the most part it's fine. The issue is that the FPS will be 300+ but will occasionally dip down below 120 (I have a 120hz monitor and this causes a lot of mouse lag and feels horrible) which really fucks with my aim in TF2. I have a stock i5 2500k, 4GB of DDR3 RAM (shit stuff) and an ATI Radeon HD 7770.
Essentially what I'm asking for is optimal settings for me to be able to stream and keep 120+ FPS at all times with very few exceptions. I have tried to stream with 480p and 720p respectively and my ingame resolution in TF2 is 640x480. Shouldn't be too difficult right?
