Good Morning,
Ever since the 31.1.1 update, at least one of the fonts doesn't display properly. For headings in my scenes, I'm rather fond of using Copperplate Gothic Bold Regular. This is a prepackaged TrueType font with Windows operating system. At any rate, OBS will not display the font correctly.
Windows does:
The OBS Font viewer does:
Now check this out:
The font previewer still shows the font correctly, but the actual displayed font is Segoe UI Bold. Strangely enough, when you click 'select font' on within the text properties, it will go straight to Segoe UI Bold and will not let you change it to Copperplate. I've putzed with a couple of other fonts and I can't get it to break with them, only with Copperplate. I'll also state, that unless I go to change a font size or the font itself, the Copperplate font will display fine.
Going screen by screen for example:
So, if I want to change the font size or whatever of one of my weekly variables (we're a church, so we'll use the Scripture readings):
I want to change the font size of 'Genesis 18:20-32', I'll go into properties; looks good so far:
Click on 'Select Font' and this is where trouble starts:
Boom, straight to 'Segoe UI' for some reason. Now i'll change it to Copperplate Gothic Bold at 112pt:
Click OK, and look at that! Segoe UI Bold, despite the label showing the correct font.
The logs don't appear to be helpful either. You can look if you'd like:
And the JSON file is correctly indicating what it SHOULD be using:
Any thoughts as to why this is happening? Did the upgrade have a glitch or corrupt my scene collection? I know that scene collections seem to deteriorate over time, but I've only been using this one for a year.
