"Failed to failed to start output its possible that encoder doesn't start"

I have read other people having the same problem but so far nothing, I tried using the 0.5.0.3 and it still doesn't work, this problem is only when I put a twitch target from the plugin obs multi rtmp.
also it doesn't show up on log

The developer states newest version of plugin works with newest version of OBS. Make sure you are using plugin version 0.6.0.1 and OBS Studio 30.1.2

it's asking where, but when I tell it, it's saying I can't change that directory. I'm in 30.1.1 64bit Where exactly are you telling it to install the plugin? Most of the time, using a "normal" installation of OBS Studio, you shouldn't have to. If you used a normal installation of OBS Studio...
