Failed to connect error

I tried to stream and received the error:
"Could not access the specific channel or stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server."

I'm logged in with Twitch.
I tried the following:

• Run OBS with administrator rights
• Bind to IP
• Update to latest version
• Check file integrity
• Select a server instead of using default
• Add OBS to firewall private and public
• Temporarily disabled my firewall
• Switched and disabled my DNS
• Restart everything

Is there something else I could try?

I tried my neighbours wifi, which didnt work. When I used my phone as hotspot, it worked. What router setting is causing the problem?

I just resetted my whole router, still does not work.
