I used OBS to stream on twitch for 8 months without an issue. I stopped streaming for 2 months, updated OBS to version 31.1.2 and now I am experiencing dropped frames at about 55%. My stream is so laggy and buffers so much that I can't stream. I have an RTX 4070 graphics card, and I tried updated the drivers. The video encoder is NVIDIA NVENC H.264. I think I've tried everything at this point. It is not my network connection. I've toggled with the preset, bitrate, fps, and tuning. Is there a fix for this problem? Are there specific settings I have to use? Does OBS still support this graphics card? Is anyone else have this problem using this video encoder or GPU? I am not sure why this happened all of a sudden. Semd help!
