I just can't get into OBS - it crashes right away.

delete compleate obs folder reinstall it !

then did you run an administrator account on the PC ? try run obs as Admin !

update drivers GPU Chipset from the manufature homepage not over the device manager !

In the end, only deleting all profile settings and re-setting them helped me... not good.

How is your GPU usage? Do you have many programs open at the same time? Maybe you can clean up your computer memory, as well as some unnecessary folders on your desktop, etc.
