Encoding overload while streaming

This seems to happen randomly, sometimes after 40 minutes, sometimes after 3 hours.

When I get this error, my stream goes offline and I have to press stop streaming and then start streaming to start my stream again.

I have a fairly good pc and encode on my GPU, I've had task manager open while streaming and playing and my GPU doesn't seem to go over 80% often (OBS tells me GPU encoding uses 2%.)

Sorry for responding so late, my monitor did not turn dark blue or black, but I solved the issue, fix: switch to streamlab obs...
