Question / Help Enabling constant framerate

Is there a way to have Obs record at a constant rather than variable framerate? I have CFR enabled, but my media is still showing that FPS is variable. For example:

This is normal behavior, if you have the CFR box checked then your frame rate will be constant and duplicate frames will be inserted when necessary. Don't worry about what MediaInfo reports.

So MediaInfo is wrong and it's constant? Because I'm having issues with importing some of my Obs recordings into Lightworks (it hangs), and the thinking on those forums is the variable framerate is responsible.

I was going to post a log when I next did a lot of recording, based on the files which didn't work. Except they all worked. I'm beginning to wonder if the following customer encoder settings were the cause:

bframes=2 keyint=15

YouTube recommends them, but for files I'm going to edit I'm going to be re-encoding so there seems no point to them and I took them out. Since then I haven't had the issue.
