Question / Help ELI5 - YUV color settings for streaming to twitch

I have been getting into streaming again and am currently setting up OBS to stream to Twitch and have been looking for some info on the color settings in OBS for streaming to Twitch specifically. I have googled and read alot of the threads about it but i still dont understand it, so i was thinking maybe a ELI5 (Explain like im 5) would help me understand it.

From what i can understand i should use the NV12 Color Format but im not really sure why, i have also read i should use partial Color Range because otherwise the stream would become very dark, atleast for some people, maybe depending on their browser? As for Color Space i basically havent found anything regarding streaming to Twitch

Would NV12,Partial,709 be the "best" settings for Twitch?

Edit: and also, should i match the color settings for my Logitech BRIO in OBS and the stream itself or does it not really matter?

Yes.

To your second question, yes, try to match color format and color range with all your sources. If all formats match, no translation has to take place, and this boosts performance.
