Question / Help Elgato Game Capture - Shows as 2nd Monitor

Hello everyone,

So my problem is the Elgato Game Capture HD, I couldn't find a single answer anywhere, but when I do a Preview on OBS its shows as a 2nd monitor. Image below:

As you can see the image shows what is a 2nd monitor (Which i don't have):

The quality is also very bad, I don't know why I can't get my head round it. If anyone could help me that would be amazing

What are you trying to capture with the Elgato?

So you're outputting a second feed from your GPU into the Elgato, which you are turning around and trying to capture in OBS?

Not only is using a capture card on a single-PC setup a big waste, but an Elgato is one of the worst capture cards to do such a thing with.
