Question / Help Elgato game audio is always out of sync ever since today's update

How to I check the outputting sound stuff?

The main thing I was looking for was whether or not use buffer reported as true or false in your log. It shows true so I'm really not sure why you're getting the behavior that you are.

The audio output settings are under the volume control in the video source properties in OBS.

Hey guys. There's a user by the name of LtRoyalShrimp on here that PM'ed me regarding the recent OBS update and the out of sync sound. I'm not sure that i'm able to post a link to the Beta drivers as they're nowhere to be seen on Elgato's own website but the driver GameCaptureSetup_2.30.6.1006_beta has fixed all sound and sync issues. It's also a lot more responsive for me than the old one I used from their website but unfortunately still no x64 support. These are my Elgato/OBS settings:

Because elgato and PS4 has been nothing but hell in the past month. Every single game audio desyncs out of nowhere. And it only does it on Xsplit + OBS and only on PS4, while everything else works so the hardware is not faulty... (and elgato software works with ps4 on its own).

From my understanding, they are experimental drivers that Elgato will be releasing publicly when they are ready.

On this page: https://www.elgato.com/en/game-capture-hd-support - you can see that the current version is 2.1.
So once it says *2.3* then that's the new beta driver.
