Elgato 4k 60s+ video capture card stuttering/frame drops in OBS

Hi

I am getting consistent stuttering and frame drops when using the Elgato 4k 60s+ capture card while using OBS. This doesn't happen when using the 4k Capture Utility so it appears the issue is with OBS. If I try to use the NDI feed from the 4k Capture Utility it's ten times worse so that's not an option.

I have attached a screenshot of my video capture settings. I have tried multiple setting changes on all the parameters and this seem to be the closest to a smooth capture but its still not.

Did anyone replied ? I have same issue with same devices

Actually with NDI its starts better then later it start to stutter during my stream and eventually 4k capture utility software closes suddenly
