Question / Help El Gato (Audio de-sync and audio stutter)

Hello my name is Ryan i have been a live streamer for a couple years and i just recently decided to update my PC and make the switch over to the El Gato and using OBS but i seem to be having alot of issues getting everything set up and running properly Youtube videos have been no help and i have done some tweaking of my own with the audio but i have have little to no luck and when i think im getting somewhere i realize i took more steps back when i record with local recording on OBS everything sounds fine but as soon as i start streaming it all goes down hill

and before anyone ask my PC specs are as follows

Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor

8GB DDR3-1600 High Performance Memory

NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 770 4GB

MSI Z87I GAMING AC MB

SATA-III 128GB SSD + 1TB 7200rpm HDD

LG Slim Slot Blu-ray Reader

Windows 8.1

so i don't think my issue to be the PC and my elgato is plugged into my 3.0 USB and i have turned off my webcam to see if that would help and it did not sadly if you check my latest video archive from twitch (http://www.twitch.tv/vgzoo/b/611629236) and have any ideas on what i can do to fix this id be ever grateful

Are you using the Elgato in a one PC setup, or are you trying to stream consoles or what? If you are streaming on your gaming pc there is no reason to use the Elgato at all. Since it will obviously only cause you issues.
