I hope I can word this right as I’m not too good with obs software. I’ve been researching this for so long but just cannot seem to find the correct settings. I have an XSX that I play on a 4K monitor at 60FPS. I use an Elgato 4k60 pro. I want to play in 4K and record downscale to 1080p 60FPS. The problem is that it looks terrible, like washed out. Is it possible that any downscaling from 4k to 1080 is just not gonna look right? I’m not sure if I’m using the wrong downscale filter or wrong settings. What are your best settings for the XSX and 4k60 pro? (OBS settings, elgato settings, elgato filters?) I also tried recording in 4k and not downscaling but it caused stuttering in the video. I don’t know if my PC can handle 4k recording if it has stuttering. If someone can get my settings right I will hit your cash app with a little thank you!
