Probably more 'correct' to make a symbolic link: ln -s libndi.so.6 libndi.so.5Looks like NDI 6 releasing has also caused the NDI install script for Linux to install NDI 6 while the plugin is still expecting NDI 5. Temporary fix is to simply rename libndi.so.6 to libndi.so.5
This has worked for me running Pop!_OS 22.04 but ymmv
How does it run with NDI 6?Hi,

You are about 3 posts late.@rossini46 please follow he troubleshooting steps at : https://github.com/DistroAV/DistroAV/wiki/2.-Troubleshooting
PSA : OBS-NDI is now :
DistroAV - an NDI Plugin for OBS
Official github page : https://github.com/DistroAV/DistroAV
Sorry that I don't check here very often, but I really should.Github page name was changed to DistroAV
My name is DistroAV, and I approve of this message. :)Sorry that I don't check here very often, but I really should.
With the blessing of Palakis, I am the current maintainer of OBS-NDI, now DistroAV.
Palakis and I are working on getting this official OBS-NDI plugin entry's (https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-ndi-newtek-ndi™-integration-into-obs-studio.528/) ownership moved over to the new official DistroAV account (https://obsproject.com/forum/members/distroav.484213/) that I created a few weeks ago.
The rename was not OBS-NDI's idea.
The OBS Leaders asked us to change our name to remove "OBS" from the title, and we assumed it was safest to assume NDI could do the same.
They told us they will be asking the same of all plugins that have "OBS" in their name.
We were near shipping our "6.0" version that fully supported NDI6 when this rename request came in.
As if that was not a distraction enough, I insisted on adding a "Check For Update" feature **before** the rename goes live, so that out users would better know when a new version (fixes/features) is available.
We should get back on track soon with maintaining the code with actual NDI features, quality improvements, and bug fixes and no more distractions like renames/rebrands or silly Update checks.
Thanks for your understanding and patience!
Pv
Update checks are not silly and I fully encourage that feature.silly Update checks.
