Display capture better resolution/quality than window capture?

I have this issue with the window capture that i am failing to fix. No rescaling. I watched many youtube videos about recording with OBS but didn't find anything :(

It's not clear what your issue is. The recording in the logfile completed without lost or lagged frames. Given that log, it should be flawless.
