Question / Help Diamond One touch, Crossbar settings resetting everytime I stop streaming

I recently bought a Diamond One Touch to stream older consoles through composite cables. The Audio and Video sync are all great for me however the problem is that my audio would randomly stop after awhile of streaming and when I stop and started various programs nothing seemed to bring the audio back. I eventually figured out the problem was that the crossbar in the settings for the capture card as a global source would uncheck the box "link related streams" whenever Is stopped streaming/ stopped previewing or stop after awhile. I notice that I have to set up the audio in and audio out pins every time and then link the streams. The current input and related pin would reset to -1 mute and I would have to change the current input to 2:audio line in and 0:video composite in. Is there any way to save my setting so this never resets?

I would also like to add after even longer streaming, I would start to experience video bleeding or where parts of the video would stay still, this also occurred with a lot of buffering on the twitch video preview. I just assumed this was ISP throttling but is there a solution to this problem besides start and stopping the stream

Hi, I have the same problem,

This is my Log File : https://gist.github.com/8ad5f88d84b722292e65

Here are the steps done to reproduce the bug.

1. First I add a Source : "Video Capture Device"

2. I Select my Device : "Conexant Polaris Video Capture"

3. For my audio to work I have to Select [Configure Crossbar]
in the pop-up window I select the check-box []Link Related Streams
Normally I should be able to Select the [Apply] button but I can't (disabled)

The only way to change it is to Change the input drop-down list for another option. It then make the [Apply] button selectable (Enable).
I have to reselect the default option "0: Video Composite In"
I can check the check-box []Link Related Streams
And now press Apply.

My sound is now working.

4. The problem is if I go my source properties, it forget this option []Link Related Streams and the audio stop working. I have to do the previous steps again.

5 If I close OBS, it also forget to option and have to do the steps to select the option : []Link Related Streams to get my sound to work each time.
