Decent download and upload speed but ping spikes when streaming and playing games

so i have a 80mbps download and a 11-12 mbps upload.
when i stream the quality and everything is fine but as i play i get random high ping spikes in game and its very annoying.
i use 4-5k bitrate, i think my upload can handle that?
i dont know whats causing these ping spikes when im playing and streaming but i would appreciate some help :)

Is your network card or CPU suffering too much load?
To check this, you could use Task Manager, Win + S and enter 'Task Manager', then just watch the percentage of "network" and "cpu" when you run OBS.
