Question / Help CS:GO using Game Capture Black Screen

Hey i am trying to test my stream but every time i record to see if its capturing the window its just a black screen i can hear my music playing in CS:GO but it's a black screen. I have uninstalled Razer synapse and have re installed OBS and tried changing launch options for CS:GO but it's still a black screen with sound

Resolution: 1024x768 4:3 ratio FULLSCREEN

Are you using any other sort of overlay program, such as FRAPS, MSI Afterburner, etc.?

No the only thing's i have open are steam Corsair utilty engine (for RGB keyboard), Steelseries Engine 3 (For Mouse), Google Chrome and AMD Catalyst.
