Question / Help CS:GO Streaming Help

So recently I've been streaming CS:GO and I've been running into a few FPS drops which should not be happening. I need help configuring my Stream properly, to look good and not lag.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
CPU: Intel Core I5 4670 k @ 4.0 GHz
Ram: 32 GB DDR3
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z97X-Gaming 3
GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

You can also, like I've suggested in other similar threads, try using quicksync instead of x264. As a general rule I follow, if you have an i5 CPU and you intend to play and stream from the same machine, you should be using quicksync over x264. On a Haswell CPU, like yours, you will see little to no difference in quality, but the performance difference in your game will be night and day.
