Question / Help Creating a custom OBS installer

Our company is creating a custom OBS installer so our users have an easier time setting up OBS. We are auto-configuring profiles and scenes. Unfortunately, game-capture does not work. As well, window capture does not work on games, specifically Fortnite. I have a feeling that our custom installer is not working due to anti-cheat software associated with games. I know that OBS goes through its own release process that probably includes code signing certain libraries and such. Has anyone had any experience with creating a custom installer and if so did they run into any issues?

You can just take the contents of the official released *.zip (portable mode) and create an installer that includes these files along with your customized config. This way you're distributing the original signed OBS files and your custom config, so no additional code signing or whitelisting with anti-cheats necessary. This would only be necessary if you compile OBS yourself. If you want to modify OBS, look if a plugin suits your needs instead of modifying the OBS codebase.
