Crashes randomly but often

Specs:
-Ryzen 9 3900x
-Nvidia 3070
-32gb ram
-1tb SSD
-2tb HDD

Frame Drops due to frequent Encoder Overload messages. Crashes consistently and not sure why. I uninstalled OBS completely and did a fresh download, installed the previous OBS version, I did a fresh install on latest NVIDIA driver, set OBS to admin, disabled in game overlay from discord and NVIDIA. I just got my PC optimized 2/24/22 and noticed my stream is crashing more often than it used to pre optimization.

I'm not sure what the issue is. I did a benchmark test last night and everything checked out to be good.

Your graphics card misbehaved. Not entirely clear why.
