Aight, so Basically, I have a Dream of a Computer, and Streaming through Xsplit gives me a decent quality, but buffers for people out of the region, and I feel like half the reason why I'm losing viewers in general is because of that reason.

There shouldnt be a Problem for me to get a decent quality with OBS is there?
I usually use Xsplit like I said, and have for a while, but now that I'm not so dependent on a good quality/lowUsage I'm fine with using something like OBS. I've only tested Rocket league but I'd assume its as bad on fps games.

CURRENT OBS SETTINGS.

You know you could've just posted a log and it would have given us all the information you have in those gyazos, including your relevant PC specs.

The issue is that 1080p (1920x1080) looks god-awful with 2000kbps. As such, it's recommended to do 720p (1280x720), as that looks far better at 2000kbps. In addition, 1080p@60fps could result in viewers of your stream buffering heavily, but if you've been streaming for a while you probably know that.
Just do a resolution downscale of 1.5x, and it won't look all blocky anymore.

I would suggest downscaling to 720P, rather than streaming 1080P 60. 1080P60 at 2000 bitrate is going to look TERRIBLE. your bitrate is good, without the transcode options to allow many users to be able to watch. I'd even try 2500, if you feel up to it. You can go to the maximum of 3500 allowed by twitch and be completely fine.

Understand that not every twitch viewer has a top of the line PC. Twitch uses Flash video, and a 1080P Flash video is...pretty resource intensive. 720P60 should look great (Most streamers stick to this. ) And should help for people to be able to watch easier.

You could also crank the CPU preset to Fast or Normal, to get increased quality without taking a big hit at all with your CPU.

1080P60 is just...not something you should do. Many peoples internet in the west (US, CAN) Isn't so great. Unless you're a partner or have a particularly high amount of viewers you do not get quality settings on twitch. So you need to make sure that your Bitrate is set to where anyone can watch, while still maintaining good quality. A bitrate of 2500, with a 1.5x downscale to 1280x720 should do wonders for you.

so should I keep it at 60fps or lower it? and filters? Bilinear, Bicubic sharper, Lanczos are the choices ;P
