Question / Help CPU Problems (Ger/Eng)

On much new Games i got a CPU Usage 90~100% With OBS but i used the NVENC with my 970 GTX Geforce i dont know what i do rly bad i post all Specs @ this Thread pls help me if any one has idea's

Looks like you need to enable vsync or the FPS limiter in Overwatch.

Still Cpu on 100%

What did you limit the game's FPS to?

i try display best and 30 FPS on both i got 100% and ingame 10~17 fps
