I recently factory reset my computer because I wasn't able to stream and I figured it was because of all of the stuff I had on my computer but I`m currently trying to stream Call Of Duty. I know my computer isn't the best but I used to be able to stream but for some reason it just isn't working anymore please help.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 12288MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M

I had exactly same problem. Before CS:GO was lagging only a bit with 1080p30 resolution and superfast preset. After the problem suddenly occured, I couldn't stream CS:GO even at 480p30 resolution with ultrafast preset. Yesterday I accidentally disabled monitor capture and it's working again! I were using the game capture but still monitor capture dropped my fps by 10+.

So what i'm saying is that if you have monitor capture selected, disable it and try 720p30 at veryfast preset first and post log here like before.

Good to know that :)

First I was using Windows 8.1, but I then decided to install Windows 7 just to test if the 8.1 caused my problem and it didn't. In windows 7, Aero was disabled but still dropped fps when monitor capture was enabled. Now both, my pc and internet connection are working fine so I can continue streaming with 720p30 quality.

Like Osiris and I said, downscale to 720p, set the cpu preset to veryfast, disable monitor capture if it's enabled and post log here :)

Well I'm trying to stream me playing xbox games so I use video capture and use the elgato option and for some reason it still lags I have good internet I don't understand why I can't stream games from my Xbox it should really effect my computer??? When I try to stream my computer gets all messed up and slow and if there's any audio playing it will start to get all distorted and laggy ...any ideas?

Just do what Osiris said :) Downscale resolution to 720p and try again. OBS is using your pc's cpu to encode and now it's using it too much.
