I have tried everything now and starting to think I am going barmy.
I have tried game mode on and off
I have updated Windows to latest
I have turned preview off
I have used just one monitor
I have capped frames to 90 and put screen to 100hz in game and control panel
I have turned max quality to quality
I have tried cqp and cbr
And I get the same results choppy recording and streaming
My system is
Rtx 2060 super
AMD 3800x
36gb of 3200mhz ram
M. 2 drive and ssd
