Choppy OBS Recording while actual gameplay is smooth

Hi,

I installed OBS just for the purpose of recording my gameplays, so I was playing COD MW and the game is running smooth.
When I finish recording from OBS, the recoding frame rate is very low and choppy while the audio is fine.

It appears your GPU is badly overloaded, and even running as Admin with the priority workaround is not enough to resolve it. You'll need to use an in-game frame limiter and/or turn down in-game quality options to reserve some GPU time for OBS to handle its back-end housekeeping tasks.
