Question / Help Choppy/Laggy playback in Windows 10

Sorry if this answer is here but I can't find anything that helps.

I'm trying to record game play of Minecraft on Windows 10 and all configurations I try result in a video file that is choppy playback. Can you please tell me how I can get a video file that plays back smooth like my real time game play? Thanks in advance.
