I don't worry about that until after it's over and I've stopped recording. Then I load the recording file into a video editor, trim off everything around the "featured section", and export that from the editor.
If you really want to do that live, first make sure that you're actually going to hit the button at the right time and not 800ms too late and cut off the first word. If you're still okay with it, you can assign a hotkey to split the main recording file:
You can't change the name this way, at least not directly, so you'll probably have a series of timestamped files in your recording directory to figure out later.
