Bug Report Chat will not show up in stream

Hey I have bttv and my twitch chat is popped out and chroma'd. when I am playing and viewers type in my chat it doesn't show up in my stream until I tab out of my game and click on my google chrome chat tab. I just don't know how to make it automatically show up on my stream from the chat window.

Well I use this plugin: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/desert-kharon-irc-plugin.25/ and it works absolutely spot on perfect for me. Chat will go into your video without you having to fiddle with window capture and chroma keys etc. It just works.

If you're playing the game in full screen mode, other windows like your browser will stop rendering in the background. Either run your game in windowed/borderless windowed mode (with Aero enabled if you're on Windows 7) or use a different plugin like the one vbdkv linked.
