Bug Report Castr io - Periscope - Windows

I have a problem very strange, very very strange.

If I use OBS to stream in Periscope, works.
If I use OBS to stream in Facebook, works.
If I use OBS + Castr io to streaming in Periscope and Facebook, only Facebook Works.

This is in two differents computers: Windows 10 and Windows 7 64, in two different places.

The last indication: If a use a Mac, If I use OBS + Castr io to streaming in Periscope and Facebook, all Works.

I think is a Windows problems... but... in two different SO? What's the problem? And the solution?

Please, help me.

This seems like it would be a problem with Castr. The stream is clearly reaching them if one service works.

Castr io works with my Mac, but not with my Windows7 or Windows10.

I am experiencing this issue broadcasting to castr.io - periscope not working. Is this something to do with OBS or Windows?

I am experiencing exactly the same problem.My Periscope streams on OBS via castr.io works with my Mac, but not with my Windows10 computer. I have tried everything including formatting my PC, but didn't work...

If I start the stream on OBS directly to periscope, it works. But via castr.io, it won't. What can be the problem? Is it about the graphics card or castr.io itself?

You would need to contact Castr for support with their platform.
