Question / Help Can't Stream Bleed (Steam, PC Game)

I would like to stream the game 'Bleed' with OBS, but I have noticed that I am dropping a lot of frames when that game is running. I am using windows capture, and I tried Game capture, and both have the same result.

Can anyone help me?
(Also, if this thread is in the wrong thread, please move it to the right area. Thanks.)

You're right. After resetting my PC again, I find that I can stream it. One of my Network drivers was missing, and it was causing issues.

Edit: I have found out that my camera is also messing with the quality of the stream. It makes it all choppy.

I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro, 4GB Ram, Radeon 6450 1gb DDR3 Graphics card.
The webcam is a Logitech HD Webcam C310 (USB)

Any ideas on how to fix the webcam?

I don't see any mention of a webcam in that log file. Perhaps the wrong log?

Ah I see. Your bitrate and resolution is super low to the point to where the webcam will affect the rest of the image. Nothing much I can recommend outside of potentially increasing bitrate/resolution. You might want to consider a newer computer if you are able to afford it at any point.
