I have been trying out different things the last couple of days for settings on my OBS, but recently I get a very slow video, and lag. But just a couple of weeks ago, it was fine. I was trying to stream through my Elgato Game Capture and X360 a couple of weeks ago, now i'm using the Xbox One. Here is a recent log I have:

I also tried setting my resolution all the way down to 980x540 and my fps to 15, my upload speed is averaged around 5.5mbps. Any settings tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
