Question / Help Can't connect Cintiq to OBS

Hello,
I am new to OBS. I've beentrying to setup my stuff but I just can'tchoose diffentr monitor (Cintiq) in display capture. It simpyl doesn'T show. I am at my wits end. Please what can I do to fix this?

I tried to provide it on my first post but it said it cant find my log files. I have obs installed on disk D not C and in %APPDATA% only obs-studio-node-server shows up with reports, metadata and settings. Report is empty.
 
Sounds like you're not actually using OBS, but instead using streamlabs' version
Which we don't support.
