Question / Help can`t stream

Hey guys I`m having some major problems with my stream, I`ve know that i have one of the best internet there is in my country here is the results

My Pc Config is nVidia gtx 650, Intel iCore7I 3.4k and 8k kingston Ram


And i can`t stream in any good resolution any help suggestions?

What do you mean by "can't stream"? What problem are you having?

Well the stream starts but when i set it to let`s say 3500 bit rate as soon, as i start to move and there is creeps champions next to me it lags until i`m out of the zone

Turn Aero back on and do this:

One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game and will also cause problems capturing full-screen games. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).
